DESCRIPTION

An employer offering benefit plans must comply with IRS regulations around non-discrimination. At the end of this course, you will obtain a foundational knowledge of the requirements and process to conduct non-discrimination testing for Cafeteria Plans, Health FSAs, DCAPs, HRAs and Self-Insured Medical Plans. Equipped with this knowledge, you will be able to assist your clients in protecting the pre-tax status of their health and welfare plans.
